Chad Ruffin grew up in Phoenix, Arizona by way of Salt Lake City, Utah. Believing in loyalty, discipline, fierce work ethic and a free thinking Chad attended University of Phoenix with an emphasis on General Business studies. After a short but successful career in retail management, Chad has become owner of several small businesses. His accomplishments include running endeavors; numerous 10ks, half-marathons, and full marathons including the prestigious Honolulu marathon. Chad also works with students in the gym to assist in combining cardio-vascular fitness with emphasis on weight training to help them achieve their Life Path Balance fitness goals. His interests are many but favor his love for the outdoors. These include running, cycling, hiking, boating, swimming and court sports. He lives with his wife Donielle in Chandler where they are happy parents to Ashton and Zoey!

As an entrepreneur, Chad has been in the cleaning industry working with commercial and residential owners for over 9 years. As a window cleaner, he worked with various companies, vendors, and industry professionals. With the desire to expand his company, Chad aligned himself with The International Window Cleaning Association and a qualified and reliable staff that shared the same goal of professionalism and quality assurance. Chad mastered the essential customer relation tools needed to rival the largest window cleaning companies in the Arizona market.
